Chef Kevin

Welcome. I’m a private chef with roots in South Florida and a passion for creating unforgettable culinary experiences. My journey started at the French Culinary Institute in Manhattan, where I learned the fundamentals of fine cooking. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working in several Michelin-starred restaurants, refining my skills and developing a deep love for both classic techniques and innovative flavors.

Today, I bring all of this experience to private dining in the Treasure Coast of Florida, mainly Vero Beach. Whether it’s an intimate dinner or a special celebration, I create personalized menus that blend elegance with authentic flavors, all tailored to your tastes. My goal is to make your dining experience not just delicious, but truly memorable.

TRAINING

One of the highlights of my career was helping to open Rezdora, one of the best Italian restaurants in the world, where I learned what it truly means to craft authentic Italian dishes. My fascination with Italy’s culinary traditions led me to travel extensively throughout the country, culminating in specialized training in Bologna. There, I mastered the delicate art of rolling sfoglia at the Vecca Scuola Bolognese under the guidance of Maestra Spisni—an experience that changed the way I approach pasta and Italian cooking.

One of the defining moments in my culinary journey was my specialized training in Bologna, Italy, where I had the privilege of learning the art of rolling pasta with the Nonna's at La Vecchia Scuola Bolognese. For months, I immersed myself in Italy's rich culinary traditions, refining my skills under the guidance of the renowned Maestra Spisni. This hands-on experience deepened my understanding of pasta-making and truly transformed the way I approach Italian cooking, blending technique with heartfelt tradition.
